“This place was fantastic! We called on a Friday afternoon when our air conditioner went out. It was nearly 100 degrees outside and we had a 7 hour drive coming in two days. We were in town for the Manning football camp. These guys let us come right in, figured out the problem, took care of it, and had us on our way efficiently, professionally, and at a great price. Finding a local mechanic is very stressful!! Before calling Pro Tire Autocare I was ripped off by not one but two local mechanics. one in particular caused major oil leaks, antifreeze and more! I found out I was the third person this happened to. that “Crook” is dishonest, and does what people refer to as “job security”.
➡️Pro Tire got my suv in immediately to evaluate the situation and get my suv back up and running. we expected it to be a few days. Mr. James called us back the same day with my car ready to go! My car drove so smooth and felt like it did when I drove it off the car lot. I am so thankful and have restored hope they still have good people in this world. They are top notch ?TRUSTWORTHY, GENUINE, **they will NOT do unnecessary work**, professional, kind, an attention to detail, with the best industry knowledge. Look no further if you’re having car trouble and call Pro Tire immediately. I promise you they are the BEST ? in Thibodaux if not the entire tri parish area. I can’t stress enough how honest they are! I do not want anyone else to go thru the nightmare I did after loosing thousands of dollars because I did not call Pro Tire first!

“Found out at around 10 am one morning I needed 4 obscure sized tires. Called and Mika said they didn’t have them, but they could get them by 3pm AND put them on that day. Well, she called at 2pm said they got them in, by 2:45 I was there, my car was on the rack by 2:50 and I was out by 3:30. They have my business for life!”

“I recently had a power window switch break and rather than take it to the dealership, I went by to see if Percle's could fix it and sure enough they could. They ordered the part while I was at the counter that morning, then called me after lunch and said that the part was in and we made arrangements for them to fix it the next day. What better service could you ask for? In my opinion, I probably would have still been waiting for an appointment at the dealership! The Percles are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done related to the vehicle body.”
