Just your regular normal average everyday family Dollar store. However the young lady that waited on me was very very nice and although we had some technical difficulties she stayed professional and and cordial throughout the whole ordeal thank you very much

I will not be using family Dollar anymore because I had a cashier by the name of Veronica make a sexist and racial comment to me and my wife and after multiple attempts to contact the corporate office they still has failed to get in contact with me.

When you walk in, the employees have the personality of a rock. They don't speak, and act like you're bothering them. Very surly women working in there......I hate stores like this.

A lot of annoying high-schoolers like to visit this store frequently, which makes going there a pain. The store itself is decent, the bathroom is pretty bad, one cash register is almost always broken, but they have some pretty good snacks for a cheap price.

This is the worst store in Kentwood. The cashier I had tonight barely knew how to work his register. I was not greeted nor did I feel welcomed in this store. I felt as if I was a bothersome to the two cashiers on duty. The cashiers were clueless as to where anything was in their store. My cashier was paying more attention texting on his phone than he was to me or my son. I feel that giving them one star is being too generous!!! I will definitely not be back.
