2 Employees and Manager Were Rude To Me But I Kept Smiling and Being Nice To Them. I Finally Got My Business Done and Was Satisfied With The Outcome. Thank You For Your Time And Understanding. Always Keep Your Receipts or Have Them Emailed To You By Any AutoZone. They Do Not Like To Return Money.

First off the manger and the worker need training. They weren’t any help, they only made another problem, by me stopping and to receive help. Guy behind register on his phone and the manager who I thought was helping was busy taking out the trash. The service was horrible. How do you ask what a customer needs and when told, the “manager” go back to look for it, have the customer waiting then walk to go empty the trash and act like nothing ever happened? What a joke but I won’t return there because the manager and her employee had zero clue about anything. All they know is they showing up to work for a few dollars.

I hate to say it but it seems like every time I go in to the store I leave empty handed. They either don't have what I'm looking for or if they did had it I couldn't find the item or get help.
