I downloaded the app and submitted my debit card information because they said there was no other way to use the application. It turns out the service wasn't available in my location so I asked the representative to cancel over the phone. He said he would cancel but they have been charging me for two months.

there is a free shuttle from the airport to this location. My fiancé & I arrived at approximately 9 am. We did stand in line for about an hour but that was only because there was only one representative working. Once it was our turn the Representative greeted us both kindly even though customers were giving her a hard time before us. She was one of the humblest, hardworking representatives you ever want to meet! Her attitude was Positive, she gave clear information regarding our vehicle rental and once she got all the information in the computer the rest was a quick and convenient. The vehicle she gave us was awesome! It was very sporty and great on Gas. We only put gas in the vehicle once in 5 days of driving it. The gas total was $27. I would recommend this Thrifty to anyone based on the Representatives Superb Customer service. Her name was Latisla and I sincerely hope the company values this woman's dedication to your company and her Job. She embodies Leader Qualities and is a Great Representation of what your company has to offer! We will be back, and we will be booking with your company in every city we visit from her on based on Latisla service :)
