I am so tired of going to these businesses spending my hard earned money,and be treated like something you step on because I'm white.Saturday night about 8:10 I went to grab a couple things 2to be exact.this young black girl who apparently thought she was to cute to work! There was only one self checkout that excepted cash and no other cashier line open.I had to wait for this lady who was very slow,I was patient waiting which was taking awhile.in the meantime a white man behind me is paying with card so proceeded to open self checkout,but he has alcohol so this rascist cashier had to walk 5 feet to swipe a card but not without an attitude at that! Then I'm still waiting she goes back and plays on her phone ignoring me .now I only have 2 items,then a black lady walks up behind me and immediately she helps her ringing her up herself,and I'm like are you kidding me,still no acknowledging me what so ever.so now I'm still waiting the Spanish lady in front of me card declined so she had to walk another five feet with her attitude to clear the screen again not acknowledging me.finally finally I was able to runout my two items and I'm mad at this point so I'm just waiting to get eye contact but no she starred down at her phone!!!! This is ridiculous I mean seriously is it ok to be racist towards other races but not anyone black is this the world we live in that you want to be treated fairly but not treat others that way? Is this what your employees are going to be from now on because there is way to much competition that would except my money and treat me like a human being

I just had to wait 20 minutes for the Manager to approve $20 cash back in the self checkout. When she finally came, I checked my receipt and the time was exactly 20 minutes! I won't be going back. There are plenty of other stores around.

I was overcharged for something. I called and they said to bring the receipt in. When I went back they told me I had to wait 30 minutes for a shift change. I have been treated rudely at this store before. I think a lot of their employees hate white people

I really enjoyed shopping there - the store is big, clean and the cashiers are polite. The shelves are well stocked and there is a lot to chose from, the store is well organized.

This Pharmacy IS much better than my old one. The Pharmacist took time and is very accurate. I needed a reduction in price, and had no time to use the computer. SHE TOOK CARE OF IT. ALSO WHEN I BRING IN a presc. she says if the dose is wrong. Or when I must eat with antibiotics. Or to read the insert thoroughly.

Cashier named Susan charged for 4 eggos when we only purchased 3 eggos. Then, had an attitude when the receipt was printed out and told us to go get our money back from Customer Service even though we told her before the receipt was printed out that we only purchased 3 of them.

Winn- Dixie was the bomb, when it was on Williams, And when the home office was here on Edwards, near the fire dept. in Elmwood. not Jacksonville, Fl.I use to be a loyal customer, even when Nicholson and Loop was around the corner. I watched this store and other locations they have go down in customer service and quality of product and friendliness of employees along with the hassle of shopping here.The employees act as if you owe them for cutting your deli meat and are rude and lazy, the cakes are dry and stale, and the meat goes bad fast and the isles are missing many items, and the check out employees act like they hate there job and mumble and roll there eyes.This company like most is owned out of state and has no footprint here and for being a Louisiana store you can't operate like this, there are many other choices and ones that offer and better product and are locally owned and operated and my take on winn-dixie might be a thing of the past like so many other company's that the customer fired and took the hard working dollars someplace else.The upper management better take a look before the employees finish running the sales away.

This Winn-Dixie bring back so many memoriesI use too come here for their rotisserie chicken and bread every weekend……The bakery section always have something good!!!!! & the store is always clean
