I purchased a MINI Cooper from Wholesale Auto Group about 17 months ago. I should've known immediately that they sold me a lemon. The night I took the car home, the check engine light came on--and then wouldn't start. I had it towed back to Wholesale Auto Care (their Service Dept) the very next day. They never were able to tell me what was wrong with it, but they kept it for over a week and fixed it...or so I thought. Here I am, 16 months later and the car just stops running while I'm driving. Nothing will turn it over. I had it towed to a MINI authorized repair shop. After he looks at it, he informs me the repairs will cost me over $6,000 because whoever worked on it last messed it up so badly--by doing things that were not MINI standard. They had parts missing, things in the wrong places--it was a complete hack job. So I paid $7,000 for a car that I now need to put $6,000 into to get it working again, just because of these people. Don't ever go. An update: my car is now totaled because of work they did, stripping the drive bolts on the engine block, which is impossible to fix. These people are hacks.

We were from out of state and needed our car fixed asap. They delivered the car under 24 hours at a very reasonable price, and dealt with the messy insurance claim process. The car is in great condition. We're very grateful.

They will jerk your chain, there is no first come first serve, once they have your car then you are put on back burner to the used cars they sell, Put car in they kept it 2 weeks stated it was fixed paid them and the same problem when started the car, brought it back telling me another 200.00 to do something else to solve problems. The man at front desk states all they really want to do is change oil. The first job that did not work was 800.00. Be careful not the company they were once. been a AAA Member for a long time. Guy at front desk lies like a wet rug do not believe a word he tells you. They will rip you off. Broke items on car and charged to replace them. It is all about them they could care less about the customer. Buyer Beware!!!!?
