After admitting to having mistakenly been sending my statements via mail to an unauthorized address (and only because I caught it), they kept me on the phone for hours, transferring me several times and taking their time to "investigate." They fully admitted to a breach of contract and failure to take steps to protect the privacy of my finances. The solution? "We'll talk to the banker, we'll never let it happen again, and we'll even let you open a new account free of charge." Seriously? That's their plan to make it right? Looking forward to a response about how they'll be sure to "share my comments with their financial leader to review" as part of their PR smoke and mirrors. That's certainly the best way to keep a customer.

I prefer the bank on Williams Blvd to the others as they are friendly and helpful well 98% are. I've had 2 run ins with rude bank employees. However this bank is fast and very kind to my puppy the are always spoiling her with treats. I don't let a few bad days the might have had effect me everyone is human and under these covid times are doing their best. Thank you guys for being a great bank to the Louisiana people

I come to the bank to make deposits for my job & I must say savannah is the Absolute BEST. She has Great Customer Service, Always have a Positive Attitude, Always Smiling and Friendly I absolutely Love Her. I asked her about how do you spot a fake bill because I experienced this at my job and wasn’t sure she took her time to show me with the light thing & the color with the pen. You can’t pay for that type of customer service.She is Absolutely Amazing.

I have had nothing but excellent service from Whitney on Williams Blvd. I usually go to same teller when I can because of her efficiency and friendliness. I am sure all the tellers are good but I am a fairly new customer so have not had any interaction with the rest of the tellers. Would recommend them highly.

They clearly did not have enough tellers for drive thru at lunch. Commercial lane was closed. Wait time was ridiculous. Once you were in, you were in line. No way to leave and come back.

By far the WORST BANK IN THE HISTORY OF BANKS. They got my PIJ number wrong when I first opened the account so I had to wait two weeks for them to send PHYSICAL MAIL to reset it instead of just confirming who I am via text msg or another quick way. On top of that I got charged insufficient funds fees they wouldn't reverse! How am I supposed to deposit money when you won't let me cuz I have the wrong pin? (The wrong pin that YOU set!) so after losing 100 bucks in fees because the initial deposit I put in was 250, I transferred all my money to chase and capital one and immediately called to cancel! But guess what? YOU HAVE TO WAIT 90 DAYS TO CANCEL! Just a snowball of disaster getting bigger and bigger. I wouldn't go back to Hancock Whitney if you put a gun to my head. Just pull the trigger and end my misery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, CRAP BANK!

Whitney is an excellent local bank that offers great service. The lines always move quickly here and the staff is always friendly.
