I enjoy going to this particular Walmart because the staff is polite and things seem to be easier to find. I always use the app. But in some Walmarts, you still cannot find an item when they say it’s in the store.

No cashier open at 7:30 pm only the self checkout when I ask they told me that if don't want to do it myself let the basket & left, is not fair that we have to do everything for all self & we do the job that someone else is been paid to do , unload the cart , check & pack , I think is not a job that we shouldn't be doing because we are paying for Walmart the price is charging , is not fair & Walmart is taking advantage of the customer & we the consumer are doing all the job.

Bad experience in this particular store I be bringing mi truck for an oil change 3 years I a row someone broke off my oil pan plug now I have to pay a mechanic to extract the rest of the plug out definitely I do not recommend this place since they don't want to be responsible for the damage they make

Did curbside pickup do not get half of my items by the time I got home I noticed I did not have them I live in New Orleans and rather shop at the Kenner location because I have not had any issues with it at all until today. After noticing that over half my items were missing I tried to call and fix this I have called every single line there was for that store and I got no answer. I do understand mistakes happen but at least stand by your phone if that is your job. If it wasn't for the fact that it is pouring down rain and visibility is poor I would have already headed up there and fixed the issue and got my groceries fixed. Thanks Walmart for ruining kids plan for pizza tonight
