Always a pleasure here. Very neat, organized and easy to find what you come to get!

Located on the north end of Williams BLVD very close to the lake. Decent sized parking lot, friendly employees, clean restrooms. The aisles are wide, well stocked. Seems to have plenty of inventory. There is a Red Box outside for movies and propane tanks that Hank Hill would be proud of.

This Walgreens needs to look into how the pharmacy/covid department is ran. I had an appointment today for my covid shot. The ladies behind the counter were unorganized and lack communication skills. The place is in shambles. Folks waiting for an extended period of time in closer quarters not even 6 feet apart....waiting more than 20-45 mins for vaccine shots, covid testing, prescriptions and to simply check out. People skipping....One lady with braids was so rude and obnoxious totally forgot she was on the clock and started cleaning up saying if folks were impatient they could leave!!!!! I will never go back to this location. Unprofessional!!!

The staff in the pharmacy is always kind and helpful. I truly appreciate the personal service when most of the pharmacy employees know my name or recognize my face. They always greet me and do their best to take care of anything I may need.

The Pharmacy section of this store is a devastation to the customers. The workers are inexperience and not knowledgeable. Furthermore, they are rude to the customers. The manager Gina didn't admit her fault. I have at least five occasions when they gave me the incorrect number of pills. Those pills were life saving medicines. Once I got 94 pills out of 180, once 185 out of 360, once 70 out of 120, and 95 out of 180, once 65 out of 120. Every time I showed my concern, they didn't have any answer of those mistakes. Gina always argued and tried to prove that she was right, I was wrong. They didn't communicate with doctors' offices when the prescription is expired or need authorization. Gina always advised me to call my insurance company or doctors' offices for the refill. Finally they gave me 94 pills out of 180. I suspected and count when I returned home. I called them but they didn't know where was the mistake. Finally, I have decided to transfer my prescriptions to a nearby CVS pharmacy. Not only that, a year ago I have a bad experience in the photo department. One lady was there. I wanted to help from her to print the photos, She denied and rude to me. I called customer service manger, manager offered me a free bottle of water and a candy!! How surprising!! Customer service looks like a garbage of this store Thanks myself, finally I could transfer from this store to a better place. Good bye Walgreens forever.

I wish there was a way that I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars but then you wouldn't know. This is by far the WORST pharmacy in this area. They NEVER have any of your meds, the staff has NO clue what they're doing and they're register cannot split up a transaction between a healthcare spending account and a debit card. Screw my insurance for making this the ONLY pharmacy we can use...clearly there's better service someplace else!!
