Do not use the photo center here. Kaiyla was rude and didn't want to be bothered to take our passport photos. Was not helpful at all when we were trying to hold my daughter to get her pic. CVS were very helpful and we got the pic. Kaiyla learn to be friendly to customers. You're miserable because you work at Walgreens, it's not our fault. Lol

Walgreens pharmacy has the dumbest pharmacists that I have ever met! The Techs are even worse! They think they know more then your doctor and they pick and choose what medications they will dispense!A bunch of fat, lazy idiots work here...take your business anywhere else but Walgreens! This Kenner Walgreens on W. Esplanade deserves to go out of business!

I tried to schedule a Covid booster shot for my mother through Walgreens by phone. Once I answered all the questions on the recording as to the purpose of my call, the automated system transferred me to someone who could barely speak English and did so rapidly with a very heavy accent. I then answered another battery of hard-to-understand questions with this live person. At one point, the Walgreens live person told me she could only give me 2 minutes to find the Medicare number because she had other calls that she had to take! She then scheduled the appointment and said she would send a confirmation through email. I never received that confirmation, but I did receive a text message with no confirmation number and it was addressed to a foreign name, not my mother's. When I tried to cancel the appointment at this assigned Walgreens, their automated system had no record of the appointment. Don't waste time trying to make appointments for vaccinations at Walgreens. It's a lost hour of your life you will never retrieve.

Me and my family have been using Walgreens Pharmacy since is has been built. Nothing but problems for each one of us for the past few years. Switched to Walmart and its like night and day. I will not be returning to Walgreens Pharmacy. I encourage others to do the same

This is my "go-to" Walgreens. I really like the pharmacists and cashiers. They usually have everything that I need. This Walgreens gets 3 stars because I've gotten medicines and vitamins that were well over the expiration date. Nonetheless, the cashier, pharmacists, and pharmacy techs are nice.

Do not bring your prescriptions here. The Pharmacist in Charge and his team do not handle your prescriptions as they did before covid. You are a pain in their side and they don't even try to help. Each an every time I get someone on the phone I am told a prescription will be ordered only to find out it never was or it won't be and we should go elsewhere. It has been over a week trying to get a much needed medicine. After doing business with them for 16 years, this is it. Fed up. Consider our relationship null and void. You and your team should be ashamed of yourselves. I've been coming here since before you started at this location when it was a prideful exchange of best care to me and my family. Your communication and customer service sucks.

Worst pharmacy around. Only go hear when my normal pharmacy doesn't have what is needed. Always a nightmare.

Walgreens at 821 West Esplanade Avenue in Kenner has the rudest employees ever. The only employee that is nice is the Indian woman who cashiers in the front of the store. The pharmacy is even worse. I switch to Patio Drugs Pharmacy because, Walgreens are either out of your prescription or can't get insurance right. They are also extremely slow and a waste of time. One good thing is there is a Redbox right outside.

At a corner, there is a large parking lot. Outside of the store is a Redbox to get movies and a propane section to exchange or just to get a canister. Hank Hill would be happy with the amount of propane here. I am unsure about the accessories, he will have to look into that. On my most recent visit here, I only had to pick up a few birthday cards. The selection is wide and well stocked. There were not that many customers, so check out went smoothly. Walgreens is one of my favorite places to go as you know what to expect and can get whatever item of convenience you may need. Prices are reasonable. Its nice to know you can get whatever you need whenever as this location is open 24/7.
