I went in the store to buy a bed frame and a dresser. Abby (red hair) was absolutely the best. She greeted my husband and I, as soon as we walked in with a smile on her face. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. She had an amazing attitude the whole time, and she was very nice to us. My experience with abby was 10/10. I loved her!!

After going to multiple furniture stores, we finally found my rocker recliner at Universal Furniture - Kenner. Being pregnant and a plus size woman, I was looking for something roomy, sturdy, and comfortable. As soon as we entered the store, team member Keyonna greeted us and showed us to the recliner section. She showed us the larger options and then landed on the rocker one. She even gave us some space to try it out and make our decision in private. I so appreciated that, because we didn’t get that kind of service or respect at other stores. She was so kind and helpful. It truly made our experience better. As for the store, it was very clean and organized. All team members were friendly. They quickly and gently packed it in our vehicle. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Especially since the price was a steal!

Paid for delivery. When then finished setting up my furniture they told me o had to dispose of the big huge boxes. I literally had no where to put it. They left it in my driveway which made a huge mess for me to put out on the street and dispose of. Will never buy anything from them again. Rude

The customer service was lacking. The sales woman didn't know the basic difference between a credit soft pull and a hard hit. She lied and said it doesn't affect your credit. Or maybe just a couple of points. She was not well trained or knowledgeable. I also had to come back for the furniture bc the entire staff was trying to order lunch. Felt as if the customers were a burden. But the couch was great. Very comfy.
