We did stand in line for about an hour but that was only because there was only one representative working. Once it was our turn the Representative greeted us both kindly even though customers were giving her a hard time before us. She was one of the humblest, hardworking representatives you ever want to meet! Her attitude was Positive, she gave clear information regarding our vehicle rental and once she got all the information in the computer the rest was a quick and convenient. The vehicle she gave us was awesome! It was very sporty and great on Gas. We only put gas in the vehicle once in 5 days of driving it. The gas total was $27.
