Didn’t torque my lug nuts all the way and was causing serious issues. Went elsewhere and vibration/wheel issues are completely gone just by tightening the lug nuts properly.

I was waiting there for 10 minutes(5 inside & 5 outside) the ladies in the office looked me dead in my face & never addressed me. I went outside looking for assistance and the workers never addressed me for service. Another car pulls up and immediately received service before me and I was there waiting longer(still never addressed). I left to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend.
