“This isn't my favorite Goodwill in the area but I did find several great pair of shoes. Purchased a pair of really nice Johnston & Murphy Oxford's. So nice! Really got lucky finding those. Paid $7.99 for a pair of gently used $165 Johnston & Murphy's. I also bought a gorgeous one-shoulder Halston blouse (still has original tags/never worn!!) which I love, and a sweet Banana Republic dress. Its a perfect dress for our warmer climate. Personnel was superb. Woman at register was so kind.Closes at 8pm on weekdays.”

“If you like estate sales, you'll LOVE this place. So many complete sets of China, great crystal. I actually found everything fairly priced, it's not your regular thrift store finds.”

“I do not have enough good things to say about this location! I was greeted immediately uptown arrival. All of the ladies that work there went above and beyond to keep the store organized and clean. They also seem to genuinely love working there and have great working relationships. It’s because of the employees that I will be returning again and again. The prices were great, too. 5 STARS!!!!”

“So cute inside! I decided to take my donations here instead of Goodwill for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at the effort put into the store's layout and selections. Staff is pretty friendly too.”

“I've been here twice and it seems like a great thrift store to find boots as I found a cute selection both times. The first time I left without a pair I liked and went back hoping they would be there but of course where gone but I did find another and didn't make the mistake again. They have a section to grab last chance items at $1. I will say the prices are high so once you take the 50% off that I received both days I went it brings the price closer to a thrift store bargain. I wonder if certain items are always 50% off as I see a slash through the prices of clothing and other items besides furniture I believe. Maybe the pricing is a way to make the customer feel they are getting a discount while making sure they make enough to support the cause? You must spend $5 to use your credit card or donate the rest to get to the $5 charge. I feel it's supportive for the community Grace House serves so I will continue to buy from there. Plus I want more boots.”

“One of my favorite thrift stores! They usually have good deals and quite a variety. If you are going I suggest planning to stay for a while because there's a lot to look at.”

“This thrift store is organized, prices and sale prices clearly marked. I've bought furniture from them, as well as household items and I've donated clothes and other items. There is a bigger store in Jefferson Parish, but this place has a good selection. Lamps! I have bought several lamps here, which came with bulbs and in working condition. I would say that their top stuff would be lamps, discounted mattresses, women's shoes and bags, frames, and incomplete sets of china. A good number of wedding presents seem to cycle through this store. And this store raises money for a community-based treatment center for recovering alcoholics.”

“Cash only & no dressing rooms, but some of the best selection of shoes, clothes, and accessories. Home goods are a hit or miss and may be better at Restore. They have such a large selection of shoes that they have to separate by color. Probably the best store for the selection of men's shoes/clothing. Overall one of the better thrift stores in the area”

“The address of this store is 123 Allen Toussaint Blvd. The name of the street WAS Robert E Lee. It is no longer as of February 1, 2022Some j*** keeps changing the address on google as 123 W Robert E Lee, which is still a street name. It has a W in the name for WEST. It is not Robert E Lee.When using google GPS will direct you to the WRONG address. If google directs you to the the shopping mall that has a patio furniture store in it. You are in the wrong spot. Please stop hassling the various employees in this other mall. We had nothing to do with the street name change, and do not want to hear your political views any longer, when you come in looking for Goodwill. If you are looking for this Goodwill it's near Roberts Grocery.Goodwill does not seem to keep up or lock it's address in this user profile.Again the correct address for this store is 123 ALLEN TOUSSAINT BLVD near Roberts and Walgreens.”

“I wanted to cut back on the cost of electricity so i headed on over to THRIFT HERE to see what a gas dryer might cost me. I needed an extra part to hook up to the gas line and these folks helped out in a flash. The new(used) Kenmore dryer is working swell. Doesn't smell bad, looks very clean and very well refurbished. I have confidence in THRIFT HERE now and just might be looking to go back for a refrigerator. Wanna walk away happy, Go here for quality refurbished appliances.”

“Cute shop, much larger than I thought it would've been. Visiting from out of state and I could've spent much longer here than I did, plus didn't want to buy too much. We were greeted and asked if we were selling or buying, a bit confused on that part. Only downside that the prices feel high considering most items are secondhand (Shein products are sold here, which I didn't like, they should've been sold more cheaper). Got a long sleeve, shorts and sandals for $51, and nothing was name brand. But if you do some digging around you can find some good items. They do have fitting rooms so that's a plus. Just wish the prices were lower considering some items are from Target and other similar stores.”
