“I love coming to this store. I come by at least once a week. Tons of DVD’s. The price are great and if you see something you like they will work with you. The manager is the best wish he was my boss very cool.”
“wow, what a hidden gem! super cool GENUINE vintage finds with some of the lowest prices in the city. great 90s vibes but they also have lots of 50s-80s gadgets, trinkets and more. they also have so many low prices vintage gadgets and appliances that ACTUALLY work. such a lovely staff, we chatted with gina who was absolutely lovely. a small, home-grown place that’s super affordable and authentic. a must visit for any sort of vintage lover.”
“This place is literally a time capsule...I wondered in there after having a flat on my e-bike and was instantly blown away by their collectables... ask for Melanie!!!... very knowledgeable and super cool laid back personality.”

“I'm giving the little girl that works the front counter today a five-star rating but I have a question for this corporation why are you not closed on Independence Day why are you making people work?.... On a federal holiday. It seems very disrespectful.”
“This place has to be the the cleanest and well stocked thrift store I've been to in New Orleans.. The men are very polite & informative. I got a bunch of really good deals. I definitely will be returning.”
“If you like estate sales, you'll LOVE this place. So many complete sets of China, great crystal. I actually found everything fairly priced, it's not your regular thrift store finds.”
“It's one of the best Goodwills I've been to. My husband and I have gotten some great finds –designer clothes with tags still attached. Got a $68 pair of leggings for $4.99!!Look for the daily tag deals. Staff is so friendly. We never leave empty-handed.”
“I've been here twice and it seems like a great thrift store to find boots as I found a cute selection both times. The first time I left without a pair I liked and went back hoping they would be there but of course where gone but I did find another and didn't make the mistake again. They have a section to grab last chance items at $1. I will say the prices are high so once you take the 50% off that I received both days I went it brings the price closer to a thrift store bargain. I wonder if certain items are always 50% off as I see a slash through the prices of clothing and other items besides furniture I believe. Maybe the pricing is a way to make the customer feel they are getting a discount while making sure they make enough to support the cause? You must spend $5 to use your credit card or donate the rest to get to the $5 charge. I feel it's supportive for the community Grace House serves so I will continue to buy from there. Plus I want more boots.”
“the only thrift store in new orleans i’ll go to! the items on the rack are in great condition and the store is always so clean! they have the most welcoming staff as well. always very helpful!”

“Everything about this place is a 5 star except THE CHECKOUT LINE. 30 minutes to leave and it’s got me questioning my morals. If there was someway to make this line faster this place would greatly benefit along with everyone trying to purchase their things.”
“Halloween!!?????? looking to unleash your inner costume designer this Halloween without breaking the bank, the local Goodwill is an absolute treasure trove of creative potential! Their racks are overflowing with unique pieces - a vintage blazer that could turn you into a flamboyant detective, a bright silk scarf for a quick "fairy" transformation, or even a pair of old ski goggles for a futuristic cyborg look. The staff is super helpful and always game to brainstorm ideas, making it a fun and collaborative experience. Whether you're aiming for a classic or something totally offbeat, this Goodwill is a must-visit for anyone looking to craft a truly one-of-a-kind Halloween costume that's both stylish and budget-friendly.”
“Very excellent selection. Only downside is that it’s extremely chaotic and they only take cash. It’s 2024, take card! If they could figure out those two issues then I’d be more of a frequent flyer here.”
“Today I went shopping at Goodwill. The store was clean & organized . Miss Gloria was nice & helpful. I ❤️ ❤️ denim, rain boots & a white shirt. I found all of these items & much more. There are some great prices there. all of my GREEN TAGS were 50% off. Wow! I saved a lot of money. I really enjoyed this store& recommend others to check them out.

“Most of the employees are super friendly and nice. I like that they keep shoppers in check. Hardly ever have kids running around like other locations and the security guards are pretty attentive as well.”
“babyyyyy the reviews are a LIE! This is an AMAZING STORE, AMAZING STAFF, and a friendly environment incased in one of the most mesmerizing part of town. Everyone smiles and treats you so respectfully in the store. I have come multiple times and I never had one problem, complaint and/or issue. This store is 10/10 and they handle a vast majority of cliental with the upmost professionalism. They fairly and accurately price clothing and shoes. They are unbiased and operate in equal and fair mindset. Please come here if you need a SMALLER CLOSET❤️❤️ it’ll brighten your day!”
“This place is so clean and has such a large assortment of clothing. I love that they do the 50% select colored tags. They also have fitting rooms! Expect to pay $4-5 for shirts and pants and shoes at the lowest without a discount. Expect to pay around $2-4 with a 50% IF the item isn't $$ to begin with. I did buy a really nice pair of heels here; unfortunately the heel starting coming off them the first day I wore them :(”
