The towing company Stanford is using towed my car while i momentarily parked at Stanford, after hours to pick up food at the restaurant next door. I wasn’t even gone for 5 minutes as I was only picking up food I ordered in advance and they towed away my car in less than five minutes. The only way this is possible is if the tow truck was close by. The towing company, On time towing, was watching the parking lot, waiting for anyone to park so that they could tow their car as fast as possible so that they can charge $260 just to get it back. This is unjust practice as it is an unreasonable amount to charge for retrieval. Louisiana government should sanction towing companies to prevent them from towing someone’s car in less than five minutes without giving out a verbal warning. They could have verbally warned me since they were aware of my arrival such that they were able to tow my car while I was just picking up a door dash order next door, not even five minutes.

This traditional neighborhood hardware store is the best place to shop for both price and convenience. They cut keys, assist with plumbing projects, have everything you need to maintenance your home and garden. Don’t shop the big box stores when you can get great customer service from a locally owned shop!

I had The Most Rewarding Experience, When I visited, Stanford's True Value Hardware. I needed a 6 Volt Eveready Battery; Which was discontinued, at Walmart, In New Orleans East. It was, Another Rewarding Experience, In My Life; As The Comradery, Between, The Owner and His Employees, were just Phenomenal; A Great Place To Shop! I purchased a couple, while, I was there. Stanford's is another Business; Operating with True Front Runners! May We "ALWAYS REMEMBER", "OUR HEAVENLY FATHER", IS "OUR #1 FRONT RUNNER"; AND "HE" WILL ALWAYS TAKE "1ST PLACE", Or NO place!!!!! May Stanfords True Value Hardware And Their Family Members, CONTINUE TO BE "BLESSED"!!!!!

I’ve been going there for years. Try to support local smaller businesses.Everyone always very friendly and knowledgeable.The owner will go out of his way to help you. Lady at checkout always smiles and Thanks you. To me this still says a lot about what people think of their customersSmall businesses should make a comeback, but all these big box stores make this difficult.The difference of the 2 is customer service.
