I loved their clothes and the lady who does the alterations as well as the gentleman in the mall store. Those two are awesome employees! However, on Tuesday 4-27 at 2:30-3:00 I walked into the store to load up on clothes before my husband and I head back to TN. I asked the clerk her name and she said it was Glenda, she is the worst with customer service. She refused to let me use the restroom which I have never been refused before and have used numerous times there. Plus, she not once greeted us or even asked if she could help us and was quite rude. They just lost my business and I’ve spent a lot of money between the 2 stores. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Worst customer service everrrrr! Zero stars!!! Lady was soooo rude and obviously doesn’t care about customers! Don’t bother even going in this store, you can find better service somewhere else!!!

I went to the Kenner Store and didn't even get a receipt for what i purchased. So i called for 2 days and no answer. So i drove from Laplace to Kenner to be told they don't do EXCHANGES are REFUNDS. Never Again.....
