“My kid attended many years ago and from there entered to a magnet academy, the basic learning is very good. And now my newborn baby is there, I do recommend it to all people who are looking for a clean place, many of friends and people that I have referred are happy with the place, with nice space for the kids and good service. The admin team has always been helpful and they haven't change, they also open another location. I know them for almost 10 years now and they keep great standards. Yes, people come and go, but in the end the quality is te same. I love it! And I do recommend it no doubt.”

“I was on a waitlist for this facility before my little was even born...and I understand why. They called me with a vacancy just in time for me to return to work. This daycare is so attentive. They are clean! Shoes off at the door! I love that! They actually love the children and it shows. There's always something for kids and parents to interact. There are curriculums even for the infants so they're always learning. Themed days that I always look forward to. I can call or show up as much as I'd like without feeling like a bother. They have a nice little cozy breastfeeding room for me to use when I come. Playgrounds for the teeny tots on up to the 4 year olds. Although, we don't have access to them all the time (I'd like to), there are cameras everywhere so if you need to see something you can. The app they use makes communication easy throughout the day. When they have the time, I look forward to the random pictures I sometimes get of my little one. I also love how diverse it is here! I was so hesitant and nervous about sending my baby to daycare because of all the horror stories we hear, and obviously nobody loves your baby like you do BUT carousel is a close second. I'd choose them over and over again.”

“This is such a fun indoor activity for babies and toddlers! The play area is very safe for small children to independently explore, with lots of soft surfaces to climb and walk on. There are balls, stuffed animals, slides, cars and musical instruments to entertain your little one until their hearts content. The instructors are amazing! They are so creative, kind and informative about ways your child can use the equipment available. They sing songs at the beginning and end of class with opportunities for lots of clapping and hand gestures. They definitley stimulate all of your child's senses- promoting visual, verbal, auditory, motor, and social development. The semester/drop in fees are easily worth the experience in my opinion, and I would absolutely recommend this class to any parents looking to develop their child's social and cognitive skills while having a lot of fun at the same time!”

“One of the finest institutions in Uptown New Orleans. I walked right by it for years and assumed it would be "exclusive". But I saw their wonderful Olympic size swimming pool and envied the people who could swim there. I love swimming and there just aren't a lot of pools to choose from.I had gotten horribly out of shape and my doctors referred to my "morbid obesity" and recommended I go there to try to stave off "morbidity."Starting on my son's last birthday, last year, I started going there and it has changed my life. My only regret really thinking what a shame it is that I didn't start going many many years ago. It is super clean and extremely well maintained. If you know New Orleans at all, you will understand how rare and unusual that is in this city. Everyone there is super friendly and always helpful. Nobody is an outsider. All are welcome. I try to go there every day but can oy manage about four times a week. But every time I go I feel better afterwards, and every day I don't go I think about it and wish I were there swimming (they have a fabulous indoor heated pool, slightly less than Olympic size, for our brutal winter weather here in New Orleans, where sometimes it gets as low as 40° F or even a few degrees below). I love the JCC and I have never met a disagreeable person there. That makes it nearly unique!”

“My daughter started coming here when she made one . When it was time for big school she was tested and got accepted into Gretna #2, so that’s self explanatory about their method of teaching. The staff is very friendly and Understanding and the space is clean and neat for the kids. I highly recommend this day care.”

“My daughter went here for 9 months and was excited to be dropped off every morning. Her teachers loved her and she loved her teachers. I wish we could keep her at the Carriage House for longer.”

“My sons have been going here since both of then were under 1 as well as my oldest (who is Autistic For summer camp). My kids love their teachers as well as Mrs. Brown. My kids always are excited to go to school and are happy when they come home. My now 5 year old is ready for kindergarten and I believe this is because they are actually teaching the kids instead of sticking them in front of a tv. Mrs. Brown the owner and her teachers have worked so hard to make sure my kids have exactly what is needed I am very happy!!”

“Our daughter was at Children's Place from when she was 18 months old until just after she turned 4. Although our first impression is that it's very expensive, we had a very positive experience with the care she received and the educational jump start they provide. If we ever have any more children, I'm sure we would send them to Children's Place. If I have any complaint, it is just that there are three weeks during the year (Christmas to New Year, one week in June, and one week in August) that the daycare is completely closed, and they take some holidays that neither my wife nor I are off of work. In those cases, we had to make alternate arrangements. As I said before, this inconvenience would not at all deter us from using Children's Place again, given the results from before and how well they cared for our little girl.”
