Store wasn't even open during operating hours, employee had a sign up stating they would be back in 10 minutes (sat there over 20) and then came and locked herself in upon her return with a line outside.

I called today to see if they had a item in stock. The lady answered and said yes we do and told me to hold. She proceeded to rang up 3 people and then held a whole conversation about people her and the lady knew and never picked up the phone to say hello. I hung up (after saying hello a thousand times) to callback and the phone gave a busy signal 6 times because it's possible she never hung it up. Very unprofessional.

bruh. i went in there twice in the same day for the same problem: lifting blue out of my hair. i asked for help BOTH times and now im crying my eyes out because the blue didnt lift, and i tried everything the workers told me to do. they were very sweet so i gave them my trust. but it was all for nothing.

Went into Sally's for a couple of things however they were out of the Reynolds foils which was a disappointment but the they did have the more expensive pop up foil option.I'm sorry I'll wait until it's back in stock or check out another location.Other than that I got everything else I needed and was able to get in and out in reasonable no time
