Fruits and vegetables are not always of the best quality but my biggest pet peeve is having only 1 cashier open besides the 11 items or less. I rather go to Walmart because not only is their fruit and vegetables better quality I can check myself out. Their meat choices are better than Rouses as Rouses’s meat is limited. There is nothing more annoying than watching workers passing by the long lines. There should never be a wait. Zuppardo’s has a cashier at every checkout line and have a great numbers system for cold cuts. Not to mention plenty of employees willing to help the customers.

Very poorly stocked store,especially the produce dept, and what they do have is usually in bad condition.
The deli: stay away! Employees sampling while they are waiting on customers is just so disgusting.
Meat dept has pks of chicken so puffy they are about to pop, discolored liquid draining out all over the case.
Rouses clearly does not give a hoot about their Kenner store....well, I will not shop there any more!

The oriental guy from sushi bar is very nice goes out of his way to be helpful. The sushi always tastes fresh .I come all the way from uptown.the store is clean and organized
Yet the manager , a guy named Pete was very rude I accidentally spilled something so I apologize and he just ignored very nasty guy

Went on Monday to get red beans and they were Not fresh cooked beans on the hot bar. They were frozen, heated up beans the flavor of Popeyes .The fish was also rubbery. It probably was basa fish, just awful and Not local. Very disappointed. I want a REFUND!!

This us the second time the price on something I bought was wrong. Once they charged me $25 for 4 scones. Today they charged me two different prices for the same thing. Also, there produce is rotten when I get it. Especially salad, and the meat spoils fast. It's gross. Rouses is overpriced and mediocre. Whole Foods is the same price and a million times better.
