I had a coupon for 2 free watch batteries and hoped there was not a catch. The personnel at Ron's were so helpful and knowledgeable. Emily showed me around the store while my watches had the batteries replaced. The were so great I even offered to pay for one of the batteries and they said that was not necessary.
