terrible customer service woman on the phone for progressive insurance claims was rude and unprofessional, they should investigate this woman abilities to conduct business professionally and she needs lessons in customer service and understanding that people are humans not just numbers in her computer and everyone has a life was going to do business here but would stay in front of the business holding a sign saying don’t come here because she was so rude
