Renee was referred to me by three different people who do not even know each other after trying two other local “reputable “ franchise mechanics that tried to rip me off. Renee’s team is family oriented very professional and respectful. Renee takes his time explaining what is wrong with your car. Make sure you get there early in the morning because they are very busy and in demand. I am so glad I took my car to this shop. Thanks for everything.

My mother took her car to get her motor repaired. He replace the motor with another used motor gave her 1 year warranty on the motor. The motor started to give her problems again Lifters and bad head gaskets, he said that was not covered but the warranty even though they are main components of the Bad motor He installed!! He proceeded to say it's normal for the car Lifters to sound bad, Lie!!its ridiculous, I thought he was a great mechanic and a honest person. Almost $4000 in the trash, kind of feels like theft. She paid for a working motor not another damaged motor. He purchased and installed it its his responsibility to honor the warranty for his services. Rene Diagnostics held onto my mothers car for an entire year. I delivered parts that were supposed to make the vehicle work and it did not. We had the vehicle towed home. First, thing I notice was the windows were left down and the floor flooded with water, hoses, screws and clamps completely missing underneath hood. The air filter was missing a vacuum hose missing (he insisted I start the vehicle with the hose not connected and stated it would not affect the engine running. Spare tire was taken from truck and not replaced. At no point did he quote a price to fix the vehicle. He claimed in broken accent that he was going to give my mother helped l, but it translated as 'give her hell'. And boy did he live up to giving her hell. As of now we are trying to piece back the car together. I learned more in five minutes of working on the car than the entire 12 months it set on his lot. What was a gently use vehicle has returned with mold, mice and more engine problems. I wouldn't trust Rene to put air in my go-cart tires. He is not trust worty, ethically sound, reliable, transparent. ?♂️ Run and do not leave your vehicle in the hands of this individual or his estate. Respectfully,
