I'm sitting here laughing at the reviews that are above 1 star. This place is a complete joke. They have had my car for over 7 months. Each time they told us it was ready, it clearly was not. They did the crappiest, most unprofessional job over and over again and even went as far as to cause MORE damage. Each time we were told it was ready, we had to leave it there because it was NOT. Very unprofessional employees making jokes like "you'll be back" when my husband would leave. RUN away from this place and don't listen to the reviews saying not to listen to the negative reviews. Next step will be having our lawyer get involved.Services: Painting

Business damaged my vehicle, and 8 months later it is still there. Unacceptable. Avoid. Go somewhere else. Zero cares for the customer. I was told today all they are going to do to make it right is to try and fix it like they should of 8 months ago. Meanwhile the car being left outside during the day in the hottest summer in years causing even more damage. I was told that is not their problem. If you like your vehicle, take it somewhere who cares about their customers and does a good job the first time. Seeking legal advice.Services: Painting

If you need your car in a timely manner, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!! This is the FIFTH (5th) WEEK IN A ROW that Ray Brandt said my car would BE READY!!!!!!!!!! I took my vehicle to Mercedes they told me to schedule an appointment w/ Ray Brandt because that is who does the warranty work, I scheduled an appointment for the 12th, came to Ray Brandt to see if they could possibly switch the times because no one was answering the phone. I spoke w/ a lady and she was very rude and unhelpful, I asked her could they give me an estimate for some damage I had done backing up into a tree and I asked her could they possibly do all the work in one and if they could give me an estimate for the damage I had done, she said no, she begin to ask for my insurance information I said so can y'all do it all in one or no, because if you can't then I'm not giving you my insurance information. She stormed up and went to get the manager the manager came out and you can see his attitude and he deny warranty on my car for the paint default and trunk default which is on video! little does he know that’s a breach of contact and it’s very illegal. I am contacting all the avenues I need to contact to seek legal action.

My car was damaged from Ida. The bumper had to be replaced . The technician either damaged my sensors or disconnected them I took my car back recently because the bumper was coming apart, my sensor still not fix the manager told me he would get it look at well its still not working and I waited for him because the technician that delivered me the car said he would get him to look at it well it was close to getting off he never came outside and never received a call my car had no lights coming on just replace the bumper would never bring any of my cars there. My next step will be home office.

I’ve been on a waiting list for about 4 months and was given a date in late April to bring my vehicle in. After I followed up, they stated they needed to move my date back to early May.No one ever called and let me know a date or any form of communication. I always had to follow up and see where we were at with me getting my vehicle fixed. And every time I called they said they would be calling me next week with no call/texts/voicemails at any time.Glad I didn’t get my vehicle fixed here after reading some of the prior reviews.

I made a post about 2months ago Luis called and told me he took care of what needed to be taken care and can I remove the negative post. Here it is 2 months later the problem is still not resolved. I called he answered and said let me call account and see what's the hold up. He called me back and said the lady who's over account left for the day that's been 2 weeks ago and he haven't answered or called me back. Later I will put up the original post. Like I said in the first post I wouldn't bring a flea there

I waited 6 months for my appointment to get my truck painted now it been there for 2 months and I have called every week and l keep getting the same answers for the last month that its in the paint booth last week they told that it will be ready this week I called today they told me it would be ready next I have been with out a vehicle for a month I have a disabled Son and need transportation why would they take my vehicle if they wasn’t going to paint it for 2 months now going on 3 months bad businessesService: Painting

Under the circumstances of not having a full staff and parts not being available, this is the best place to go for the best work on a vehicle. Only 3 people in the office and they are pushing to get things done as best as possible! I am so glad I brought my vehicle to this location. Thank you for the hard work!Services: Painting
