I was told I had a warranty that included free rotation. I went to get my free rotation and they tried to charge me. I got a warranty tire replaced and was told I owe $43. The owner nickel and dimes you. The owner son is more straight forward. There is always some extra hidden charge. The owner is aggressive and appears to have an attitude

I bought a used tire for a 2018 Ford foucis for 75$ it only lasted a month before it went flat. So I went to ntb tires and bought a new tire for $79.99 almost the same price. This place is a scam! I would saty away!!!!!!

The owner was nice, but the price I was quoted was not what I was charged. It was supposed to be $600 total (everything included). I placed a deposit of $200 a few days earlier while waiting on the tires to be delivered, but when they were put on yesterday I was charged another another $535. This is $100 more than what it was supposed to be (if $35ish was for taxes). When I asked about this discrepancy, the owner was dismissive. The owner stated that his prices were competitive to other tire shops but with the added $100 this was not the case. He also mentioned with mounting and balancing (which was the reason for the added $100 at the end) was included in the $600 when we first agreed on the order.

I ran over yet another screw (seriously, what is the deal with NOLA roads?) and every tire shop I went to either couldn't be bothered or didn't have the right size tire. Not these guys- they had a tire that worked for my car at a reasonable price, and got me out of there in about ten minutes. Sometimes, you just need a good small business to get the job done. Would definitely recommend!

Got used tire and they stripped lug nuts when replacing. Called when I needed tire replaced after a blow out and they had an attitude and hung up the phone. Worst customer service and wouldn’t fix the problem they made.
