Discovered I was lied to by Kia of Mccomb whe I bought my used vechile. The warranty did not transfer as the sales person and manager stated. What should have been under warranty I had to pay over $700 out of pocket.
We are about to purchase a new large SUV,, mid tier, but it will not be a KIA. I hate dishonest companies.

7,500 mile service was smooth and efficient. The only problem is with the dealership keeping accurate records for my vehicle. The 15,000 mile service was as smooth as silk -- no complaints. The Kia dealer went out of its way (at 18,000 miles) to solve issues with a tire and with a clock malfunction (time had been deleted and the reset function was frozen), and it gave me a new loaner vehicle to use while my issues were resolved. While it can be difficult to get appointments in the eta of Covid-19, I learned that the way to go is online and take the advice of service advisors.
Hence, my vehicle's 40,000 maintainence was timely and smooth. The dealership, moreover, has excellent customer service.

I was in need of an upgrade from my Kia Forte when I was greeted by a very friendly Anthony at Premiere Kia of Kenner! He did not disappoint me! He was very knowledgeable in the Kia brand and informed me that the Kenner location is the only location that sells cars at the MSRP price as opposed to others that raise the sticker prices by at least $5k. Anthony and Vito worked on my sweet deal for a bit and we came to an agreement and I drove out in my new Kia Sorrento! Anthony was very helpful in the process and definitely knows what he is doing! I’d 10/10 recommend Anthony and Vito for all future purchases of vehicles as our family grows! Thank you guys!

Buying my new Soul from Premier Kia was one of the easiest and pleasant experiences. The salesman, Raymond is a great guy, He is very knowledgeable about his vehicles and just a dang good guy to talk to. I have bought a lot of cars and the folks at Premier never made me feel pressured.
