Customer service was a plus. I was greeted as I walked in the door. I was also given the choice to have someone give me a tour or walking around by myself and someone would help me when I was ready. They had a large section for every room in the house. I was very pleased with the choices they had available. They helped me find everything I was looking for. The quality of the furniture is very good, which is important to me having 4 kids. They had a lot of beautiful furniture sets. I would definitely recommend Orleans Furniture Gentilly for anyone looking to furnish their home.

OMG! Felix at Orleans Furniture is the man to do business with don’t ask for no other! Felix made our day we drove from Lafayette, La in the U-Haul not realizing they don’t load up furniture on Sundays bcuz the warehouse manager is off BUT Felix(the man) made it work where the warehouse manager came on his day off to make us happy ? Don’t pass up Orleans Furniture they won’t let u down!!!
