I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts and had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional help from Christina. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, assisting me in selecting the correct Freon for my car. Her expertise and patience made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts and commend Christina for her outstanding support!

I should have left this review a week ago. On 10/31 I was leaving the New Orleans area and my truck wouldn’t start. Raymond was great, verifying the battery showed good and using a tool to get the code my engine was throwing. He pointed me to the nearest dodge dealership. The dealership told me when the battery is good, but almost bad it will affect the computer. I came back to O’Reilly and once again, Raymond helped me out. He got the battery and put it in the truck for me. The whole time he was very nice and reassuring, helping to calm me down. Shomar helped get the new battery into my truck once Raymond got the old one out. I’m so grateful to Raymond. It’s people like him that have kept me coming back to O’Reilly’s for 15 years.

Go at the wrong time and there will be a line and waiting period, the staff is helpful and I've never had an issue with any of the parts or products
