Good customer service difficult to pay in store but on the plus side store is always nice and clean and Mohammed is the absolute best very kind, patient, and understanding always goes above and beyond i truly can't thank him enough!!!!

The store was nice and clean they had good promotions to start but after paying for insurance for over a year is still very high to get an upgrade or insurance phone the service from Metro is good locally but when I get out of the city limits it's not

The gentleman was so friendly and kind. He gave me and my sister the best service in the WORLD and I will continue to shop and have my phone plan with metro just because of him. He score was 1000/100.

The gentleman there took his time and was literally amazing at every single thing he needs a raise for sure he needs to be manager or something he talked us through everything we needed to know about our phones he was patient and didn't rush through anything I absolutely loved everything he did please give him a raise I can go back and point him out to you everything was perfect absolutely great customer service skills he was so amazing he just left me in shock at how amazing he was I'm so satisfied with him and metro PC's by TMobile ???? ?
