Cyron was excellent! He showed us what we asked for and was knowledgeable. There was issue with the credit making the purchase and we went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. Definitely recommend!!! Give the boy a raise!

Sales girl was wonderfully helpful, thoughtful & efficient. Cat & all employees at Kenner location work very hard to find a mattress that's perfect for you. They are NOT pushy, they have the best customer service I've had in any store in years.We bought our daughter's mattress here 8 or so years ago when she moved back from Hawaii. Both her experience choosing & ours paying was so seamless that I came back to Kenner 8 years later to buy a mattress for myself & had the exact same excellent experience.

Delivery on time and polite. Sales person professional and efficient. Needed a good but inexpensive mattress for daughters first apt. Got just the right thing here. Not on sale but probably a fair price.

Great service!! We were helped by Madison at the 1000 W Esplanade Ave ste 101 Kenner la 70065 store, she was very informative about the mattress and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. This is my first time ever going to a mattress firm. I was greeted by the sales lady and her name was Cat. She was down to Earth, polite and funny. She made my first experience awesome. I will definitely shop here again and recommend my friends and family.
