Russell and the team at Masters have been outstanding. As my wife and I were in a quite a bind and they really helped us out. Mr.Russell is a God given mechanic and collision expert . He is really honest and keep you up to date from the minute your car enter the shop to the minute it leaves the shop. He did work on my car 8 years ago and I still recommend people to him. It's hard to find true and honest machanics. If anyone have any problems with their vehicles Master Complete is the place to go and Mr. Russell is an awesome and nice person as well as a Mechanic.

This shop does it all, and well! Have never had to come back with a repair not done to my expectations. Russel is a pro and treats you like a person. No talking down. No padding the bill. Tell him what's wrong and what you want done. Always perfect. Very experienced and good at body work and painting. Mechanical work was done on my Fusion, and fixed a complicated problem the first time. No surprises here. Would recommend to my Mother in Law!
