Bad communication. Would not provide an estimate if the insurer is GEICO. (Which they could have told me when I made an appointment- before driving all the way out to see them).
Rather you are expected to simply leave your car and hope for the best. Who ever heard of a body shop that won’t provide an estimate (particularly if it is a borderline total). Stay away from these guys as this whole set is just a recipe to get ripped off by them and their special relationship with GEICO.

Would not ever recommend this place. Poor communication. They have had our car for 2months. Was told it would be ready this week and now being told at least another week.

I went to the collision repair center and the parts center today to repair a new side mirror. Megan was an incredible help, very kind, helped me to find my cheapest option, and I was out in 10 minutes. At the parts center, the front desk guy was also great. I was also out of there in less than 5 minutes. They found me the cheapest option as well. Overall my experience was amazing and I 10/10 recommend these people! They do their jobs very well. Thank you! Stoked about being able to drive safely again.

We had been contemplating what suv to get and have been to a few dealerships. Lamarque made all the difference! Easily put, I went to another dealership and looked at a car that was the same size, same amenities, same price but didn't get it. Our sales person was great but when we talked numbers with the finance guy he lost us. Every single person at lamarque was dedicated to help and understand. They worked every angle and truly made it enjoyable. I will say I spent 4 hours there and that was a huge downfall. But everything they've done surpasses what we expected at a car dealership. Evan C. Was our sales person and did an amazing job with us. He listened, reasoned, informed etc. did an all around great job and was by far the best car salesman we've met. My husband and I left knowing we will be buying from him again wherever he is because he did that good of a job. Diane our finance person was also a huge plus. Helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable and personable. We couldn't be happier with our new vehicle!

Went here to get the tailgate on my truck repaired. Now while it looks great and like new again, I've had nothing but issues with my repair. first the backup camera didn't want to work properly. not a huge deal but still annoying. now my tailgate won't open at all! the worst part is I have a hard roll-up tonneau cover so essentially I'm locked out of my bed. I use my truck for work and I need access to my bed. To make things even worse I won't be back in town for a few days. so it's either drive 170 miles and get my tailgate fixed or find a way to open it without breaking something neither is an option. Don't come to this body shop! I can't say that enough. Luckily it wasn't a door they repaired or something else that is more important than a tailgate. can't imagine being locked out your car or even worse locked in.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have 3 recalls on my 2020 Ford Explorer. The most recent one was a safety recall. I called Lamarque to schedule an appointment and was recommended to be at Service when they open. I was 1st in line, was told to go to QuickLane and when I spoke to the service tech, was told I would need to leave the vehicle for a day or two. I don't have extra vehicles that would allow me to leave my only transportation for a day or two. What's "Quick" about Quick Lane when you have to leave your car for a day or two?I have been a Ford customer for many years, but I guess it's time for me to trade it in for a Toyota Hybrid.

Collision Service. Jessie and the rest of the team did a thorough analysis. My vehicle was repaired from the inside out. The Lamarque Collision team are professionals. They’re courteous and I received messages on the progress of my vehicle repair. The details of the exterior and interior damages as well as the repair was explained. I highly recommend Lamarque Collision to all vehicle owners; especially to drivers who suffered trauma and drama and inconvenience because another driver crashed ? into them. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I dropped off my car with fairly minor front end damage. I was told to expect a repair estimate in 3 days. I waited 1 week and called back for an update. I was told Jessie (one of the managers) would call me back. Two days later, he finally called to assure me that my the estimate would be complete by the end of the day. I called back twice and could not get any answers. By the end of week 2, Jessie was avoiding my calls completely. I called every single day and could not get through to anyone beyond the receptionist. By week 3 they were dodging both my AND my insurance company’s calls. A supervisor at All State had to track them down to get my car released back to me. Jessie would not come out to speak with me about why any of this had happened. No one had made any attempt to do anything with the car in the 3 weeks they had it.I understand if they were understaffed or overbooked, but dodging phone calls from customers while you have their vehicle in your possession is unacceptable.

I was on vacation visiting from Houston when my car was vandalized. I had two side rear view mirror broken. Jesse Wildenfels not only helped me find the part, but was nice enough to help me get it replaced in less than 2 hours. Excellent service because Jesse cared enough to help.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this dealership they will not honor X plan pricing and will haggle and waste your time, however my salesman was GREAT the issue lies on the mgmt side of this business take your money to don bone ford on the West Bank they will not questions asked honor your discount with zero hassle
