Oscar did a great job diagnosing the problem with my high mileage 1999 Lexus ES300, and then Getting it fixed in the time he said and staying within the estimated price he gave me. He explained clearly to me the issues. Car runs well.

Great repair shop! They are always able to look at my car and have very fair prices/ don't even charge me when I bring it in and it ends up being something small like a loose hose. Highly recommend to anyone!

Great place to bring your car for a quick and affordable repair. Very experience techs work there. The owner has 30+ years of work experience. Quick oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenances.

Do not go here. This was our first time and we will never go again. Oscar was unreliable, undependable and unprofessional. We showed up to have work done on our car and he was not even there for our scheduled appointment. When he did show up, he had not ordered the parts for the work and had no reason or apology. We called a week ahead and he promised to have them on our scheduled appointment time. After receiving our money and advance payment the same day, he on two other occasions cancelled on us the hour of the appointment while we were driving over. He told us he still didn't have the parts. Another time he said he had one part but not the other. Another time he said he could do some work one day but the rest would have to be done on another day. We drove there on three occasions and and twice turned around en route because he cancelled. Needless to say, He did not do any work on our vehicle and we did not want him to after the 3 experiences. Once we asked for our money back, it became an ongoing battle for the past month to get them to refund us. He would not return our phone calls. His daughters run the office. They said they sent the payments and refunds but our bank had no credit or record of refund. One of the daughters, who would not give her name out, lacked any customer service skills, was unprofessional, verbally abusive and incapable of handling the situation. She yelled over the phone and hung up when we told her that their bank had not credited our account and our bank had advised us to call back. Our bank have taken this into their hands now.
