A lady approached the cashier to ask her that she needed to use a dressing room and she and the other lady said something and they were laughing at the Hispanic woman. I think she should have a little more respect for clients who have a job because of them.?

I just want to give a huge THANK YOU to I’mani & Michelle(Kenner Location), & Tameka (Chalmette Location) for going above and beyond for me today! Today I called the Chalmette location looking for a specific item, but the store didn’t have it. Mrs. Tameka went out her way to check the store inventory and to call another store to see if the item was in stock. The other location had the item, held on to it for me, and when I arrive Mrs. I’mani & Mrs. Michelle greeted me with the warmest smile and quickly retrieved my items from their holding area, and made my transaction as smooth as ever! Thank you ladies soooo much for going above and beyond for me today! Wow! Thank you for saving me the time from calling around and/or driving from store to store! Thank you again ladies :)❣️

Store closes before store hours. Hours on door states certain hours, but the door was locked 10 minutes before it should with people inside.

Horrible customer service. Most employees are rude ( not all BUT MOST!!) the line be longer than Claiborne and only one employee works the register while the others just float around the store looking busy.

Loved!! I I under estimate my size! So I can fit alot if their jr. Section cloths! Plus I'm loosing weight. I'm not on a diet i just pushed away from the table! I basically do OMAD! And its normally late in the evening, so i get full, and i cant eat later on that day.

This store was closed on this Friday 10/23/20 at 4pm all the lights inside of the store was on and the other stores in the strip mall area was open and operating. the cashier/associate! Was standing in the back of the store with the front doors locked! I knocked on the glass and the associate shewed me with a hand jester that the store was closed! I went back to my car as other customers pulled up walking up to the door and the associate didn't let anyone in, so I called the location and asked why was the store closed so early when the website says open till 7pm?She rudely told me that a power outage knocked out the register and that's why she's closed!But how is that? when every light inside and outside was on? And as I stated,all of the other stores in the same strip area was open and operating. I advised the associate that I would be contacting the corporate office to make them aware! She didn't seem to care and said, ok! While i was sitting in my car trying to find the corp.number several customers had came and gone without being able to enter the store.my thing is if the store was closed why was she still there with the lights on as if it was open?! She should have went home!!

Went to the store on 2/14/20 at 10:00 a.m. the time they were suppose to open the lady just walked around the store looking at customers standing there with this nasty look on her face. Finally after 10 minutes I left they really need to get it together I have been shopping at this store over 4 years and was going every week but since this new crew of employees started it's nothing like it used to be . They are not friendly and not willing to help !!
