Luckily paid with PayPal. Was able to open a case to get money refunded after never receiving order after 3 months. Never had phone calls or emails replied too. Found same cooler at same price at Camping World. Received in 6 days.

No response, order was custom and he didnt do the work for it. Ordered one replacement plastic piece March 2021 and still not here after several attempts to contact the business. Beware bc they are not good business.

Steer clear! Bought a cooler and just like many others... after months of no contact, no Cooler, emails and the website messenger that stopped working after multiple sent messages...I had to go through my card and dispute the transaction. After a month of him not even responding to my credit card company, they sided with me and refunded the money. Save yourself the headache... go to a reputable company like LiveRound Sound. I got the same Cooler from there...a little more expensive, but the customer service was top notch and it only took 3 weeks to get cooler.

I bought a cooler radio from the owner and it said 2-4 weeks for shipment! I was in constant contact with the owner making sure i could have it before a certain date in which i allowed plenty of time in advanced for it to be sent. It took almost 2 months till it arrived and also wasn't to specifications to what i bought. I ordered a replacement insert for my cooler in March 2021. I understand covid is going on but i haven’t received my insert, i have sent multiple emails with no response. Dont buy from this guy bc he doesn’t respond or give customer service any updates on anything or follows through on what he promises.

Ordered cooler/radio June 16, 2021 for $1,044.97. Still have never received a cooler or gotten any tracking number as of November 2, 2021. Last time I spoke to them was via FB Messenger (never got a response from email or phone calls) on October 12, 2021 and received a promise of \\\"She'll be to you next week Jimmy\\\". No cooler, no tracking number. Canceled order and disputed charge.

DO NOT Oder from this guy he is crook!!!! I ordered one 6 weeks ago and was told three different times that I would have it by a certain date and still have not received it. And now of course you can’t get anyone to answer a phone or reply to a message. CROOK!!!!!

This is the worst company to deal with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If you do not know how to run a business, stop trying! Do not believe these “good reviews” we don’t even want another cooler, just a refund. Our cooler is a joke. It leaks everywhere, turns off every five minutes no matter how much we charge. He told me to “hot glue” it? Why the hell do I need to go buy a hot glue gun and glue for a cooler that’s over $500 and is supposed to be guaranteed? We have only played it in our garage a few times and it already is like this? Haven’t had it but maybe three months. And shipping is a flat out lie. Do not believe anything written on his website. It’s a scam. And not to mention, the Front that covers the radio came all scratched up? We asked for a refund before he even sent it because he couldn’t even get us the one we ordered. And the color was wrong. Don’t waste your time, report to the better business bureau to warn others. Tired of being nice and respectful to people who don’t care about honest work. This business should be shut down.

All you people are crazy and should be ashamed of yourselves!! He got me my order a day before he promised! It’s SO nice, the quality is amazing! I’m trying to figure out how to use the led light remote still. Operator error tho, I’m sure. Anyways I literally lost sleep over the reviews I read after I ordered. I’ve been looking for a cooler like this for hubby for 6 years!!! I read all the reviews and actually didn’t want to upgrade my order cause I was scared it was a scam. Now I’m sad I didn’t get the 65 quart but whatever he’s going to fricken LOVE this cooler!! My only complaint is he forgot my decal but it’s ok I can get one around here. He did upgrade me to a yeti from a rtic cause he was out of the color I wanted, which was cool! I will definitely tell all my friends. Thank you so much for making this a great Father’s Day, my kids are so excited to give it to their dad!

Do not buy anything from here, be warned!!! They will send you a junk radio cooler that is broken and not matching what you order. Then tell you he will send a replacement right away that is even better then you ordered, but never send it. Excuse after excuse, then I’ll have it to you next week for months. I still have not receive my radio cooler since July 17 2020. And no refund either. I have screen shots of all our conversations.

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!I purchased a radio at the beginning of July and it work well the first day, I would say about 6 hours.Followed the instructions on how to properly charge it. Tried it again and it only lasted about 35-45 mins. We thought we didn’t charge it properly and decided to try it again.When we took it to the river mid July it only lasted 45mins before it sounded scratchy and it cut offI have sent emails back and forth since July about my situation. He has been telling he will send me a new one. It is now October and I have not received any cooler. I paid over $450 for this cooler not to work.I have been kind and patient in all my emails. You kept telling me you are working on a new one every other week. I was patient when you told me you have been out of the shop due to the hurricanes. Now your avoiding my emails.I am very disappointed and fed up with the lies. All I want is my money back!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!Everything started out great but quickly went south!! The unit I received had speakers falling out as well as an interior cracked Insert. After the first use the sub quit working and smelled of burned wires. After SEVERAL attempts to speak with John about replacing. Which he said he was going to send another one multiple times. He eventually quit responding. I had all the proof I needed to dispute the charge and get my money back, thankfully!!Keep in mind that this was over the course of several months. There was plenty of time to make this right but he chose not to do so. I’d be more than happy to post the conversation too. Being that, the pictures of the conversation is what essentially got the funds returned to me. That’s how bad this experience was!!!Update:John is now messaging me on Facebook. And proceeds to call me names in his I’ll attempts to belittle me. He tried to destroy anyone that leaves a negative review. Too little too late bud. Let this be a lesson in customer service! Treat every customer as if they are your only one! YOU WERE WARNED!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!
