The day I went I received terrible attention from one of the women who organized, towards my son and me, she spoke so badly to my son. They should have educated people.

There was this cashier that was very rude . She has an attitude and treats people badly . I wouldn’t recommend this store . They should talk to the cashiers because they’re very rude and have a bad attitude, they take things away from customers and say they’re a higher price overall very bad store.

Buyer beware my wife bought me a pair of jeans they said are "new".when she got home i tried them on they didnt fit but was labeled my size after looking at it there was a stamp that said "irregular" on inside i tried returning next day worker said no exchange or refund.i told them it was false advertising .Walmart had same item at lower price,What kind of store do they think this is? Even the most expensive stores allow exchanges when there is a problem ! (Well i see you call yourself" Owner",if you look up Goodwill policies it states it accepts exchange or store credit on clothing i guess the CEO is not aware of yours)

Do you like going into a thrift store and seeing items with higher prices than retail stores, Amazon and eBay? Then you'll love this Goodwill location.
Prices of many used electronics on the shelf range between $59.99 up to $199. Boxes of toy lots are between 25 bucks up to well over $100. I was told by a female employee who smelled horrible that the people pricing in the back are "not mentally there". Despite acknowledging the prices are ridiculous, she said they're unable to change them.
Multiple shelves and areas are sparsely stocked and I rarely see employees working on the floor. The line to check out regularly reaches the back of the store because the single cashier stationed likes to talk with everyone for 15+ minutes.
Massive firings need to happen. District manager needs to do their jobs and start walking these stores. These are not thrift stores anymore when Walmart is beating them in prices across the board.
Note: The WW2 Helmets here are reproductions from a surplus store as seen in the tag inside. You can pick one up normally for under 40 bucks or even $20. If Goodwill is trying to get eBay prices, maybe learn to have your simple minded workers understand what's not a reproduction first.
Second Note: In response to the reply from Goodwill, these items are far from 'gently used'. The electronics shown in photos are heavily degraded but priced at nearly the cost of purchasing them new in box from eBay. Many of them lack the means to be fully tested as they require their appropriate stereo components.
The dumbest part is Goodwills only allow for a return for store credit if the item isn't working so $199 is a massive investment for an item that *might* work. Whoever is pricing these isn't just evil because evil people have some common sense to realize this wouldn't work. This is plain greedy and stupid.

Would give zero. Manager was rude with other customers, they have a ridiculous policy that If an item has lost its tag they refuse to sell it to you and will “reprocess” to be sold the next day.tags fall off all the time at stores like this especially when there are children running around without supervision like happens at this location. Went there to find one specific item. Was lucky enough to find it but when I got
Up there she told me she couldnt sell it because the 10 dollar jacket I had could have “special pricing” so I wasted my fuel and my time digging through the most unkept goodwill I’ve ever seen.

I entered with 20 minutes till closing to just browse for a second and the employees started yelling at me that it was closed and being rude. Would expect more respect from any place. Disappointed and insulted by their laziness.

I REFUSE to purchase any of their "Special Price" items. They receive EVERYTHING for free and there is no reason to charge more for these items. Besides, these items are ridiculously overpriced, often more than they sell brand new. $14 (written in permanent ink inside?) for a used no-name brand purse? $15 for a pair of pants from Walmart? You've got to be kidding. No thanks.
If everyone refused to buy these items, maybe they'll get the hint.
Also, pay attention to any clothing as they have damaged much of their softwares by punching tag holes through the fabric. They "fixed" the problem by replacing the tags, but the damage is already done. Closely examine your items.
4 registers only 1 cashier and TWENTY people on line. Ridiculous.

Thelma - a keyholder would rather chat with her two chicas then worry about the 15 people in line without a care in the world of peoples time.
