In these quarantine times of 2020, and teleworking for a few weeks, I just knew that I needed a new chair. I reached out to GBP, and like the other company (unlike other places I reached out to), they nicely explained they usually cater to larger companies, but could help me and also sent links. While I did not choose to go through them to meet my needs, the fact that they were willing to help was very nice.

Sara Jones, rep that helped me through this was excellent in every possible way, very responsive and with her expertise my office looks better than what I expected. When I have to do this all over again I will most definitely use GBP Direct and Sara.

After I found out exactly what I was spending with the large office supply companies on ink and toner, I contacted GBP for a free price comparison and was shocked to find out how much better their prices are compared to Office Depot and Staples. GBP has always had the lowest prices on copy paper and now I know that they are the best company for all toner cartridges too!!! The friendliest customer service too.

Superb! This company has a personal touch but a wide range of resources to provide the best items for a lower cost. When you call, you are not put through an answering service. The deliveries are prompt and the drivers are friendly. If you are thinking of trying them out, do it! You won't be sorry!

We switched to GBP 2 years ago after reviewing our annual office supply expenses using a local Baton Rouge company. We are saving money without giving up any client service. We order using their very friendly and intuitive online site, and the supplies are delivered the next day. Everyone with GBP is very responsive and well trained. We highly recommend GBP!

The few times something has been amiss my rep has made it right going so far as to run out to my office with the replacement item at the end of the day once when we were in a crunch. As a Legal Administrator and in other capacities, I have been working with GBP Direct for north of 20 years. Throughout this time, I have been served by a single sales person who is at once adviser, customer service liaison and ombudsman for whatever issue arises. This individual has squired me through $60,000 weekend office cube installations and emergency supplies needs. In all instances, GBP Direct and this long serving GBP salesperson have been more business partner than vendor - reliable and efficient in fulfillment. I reserve my highest recommendation for GBP Direct and their service philosophy - I've tried Staples and they do not compare.
