DONT NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE‼️‼️‼️ You make ALL your payments and they they repo your car without warning!!! They don’t reply back or answer the phone….Been a loyal paying customer since 2019 made my last payment may 27th this year woke up this morning with a repo’ed car and they will not give you a copy of your payment history….DEFINITELY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ sad to say

I repeat from a military family ever work with these people or buy rude hang up the phone in your face and took the car that was broken a sent me a debt collector bill for 7000 and they took my car to say ther was going to fix and never called me back

Fulton review
If we could give them negative stars we would. Anyone with bad credit knows going into a buy here pay here what to expect. We did. What we did not expect are the events that followed our first trip there.
-after looking at a 2014 Volkswagen my husband asked if it was part of the rent to own $800 dollars down program and was told yes.
-after test driving it twice we let them know we would be back in two days with the down money at which time we were informed that they were going to send it that day to have the GPS put on. We also explained we had no vehicle and the one we were using had to go back that weekend.
-we returned Thursday, Friday, Monday and still the car was not there. Then we were told all the newer cars on the lot were missing in transport. That the truck driver was not taking their calls and the cars were missing. Again we reiterated our need for a vehicle and we were then offered a 2004 vehicle. Same down, same payment, definitely not what they advertised or what we wanted.
-after waiting another day for the GPS we went over to pick the vehicle up. It was like a miracle, all the lost vehicles, the new vehicles were back on the lot.
-having already had our finance deal done on the 2004 we had no choice but to follow through and take the vehicle. The next few months were filled with misplaced payments, lost debit information leading to threats over late payments, calls not returned. Trips to the office to make payments and the office being locked up and no one there after having a
conversation an hour before.
-one afternoon we received a call from Fulton, Randy, informing us that the system had pushed our payment forward and we now had no payment due till the 29th rather than that week. Long story short on this, I recorded it. Fast forward, on the 1st my husband received a voice mail stating he needed to call them. That we owed them significant payments.
On the 2nd I called. I was told our finance company sent an email regarding our payment. At the same time I was on the phone a repo truck pulled in front of the house, looked for the vehicle then left. I questioned Dora, asking what the finance company number was and why was she stating in my husbands message that they were owed multiple payments. after asking at least a dozen times for our finance company number and information I was told randy had that information and was hung up on.
This went in for three days. Until they sent a repo guy to our house. They also refused to accept our payment after I asked for the finance company name and number.
They are refusing to answer our calls or messages. We have no idea where they took our vehicle with our stuff in. Mr. Fulton refuses to acknowledge any of this. And we are out over 5000 dollars and have no idea where the vehicle is or why any of three finance companies listed within our paperwork all claim they don’t have our loan. So we are out all the cash and payments, our vehicle is gone, no one will return calls or messages, we have no way to get to their office, and we still have no clue who has been getting all the money we have paying.
So Mr. Fulton and his business partner Dora can spin this any way they like. I have recordings of every conversation with their office to prove the lies, back peddling, and thievery are not something in my head or something they can cover with lies.
