All these stores are the same Never stocked properly and good luck with finding the actual price of an item And if your lucky enough to find any employees...they usually know nothing. At least at Walmart the store is stocked properly. All the dollar stores suck no matter what the name is.

Had to have exact change because they didn't want to open their safe and get money out for people, so that was kinda inconvenient. But at least this Dollar store had clear isles, unlike some I've been in that have inventory scattered everywhere on almost every isle.

Never leave your bag at the counter even if they tell you to because I did 1 hour ago I came back to the front cashier looked high said she accidentally gave it to someone she called the manager she said there’s nothing they can do about it ima make sure those people get fired because something is very off about them

Yesterday, I went to family dollar to get some items. One of the cashiers is a resident who stays in the apartment complex I live in, and the same person who stole my package delivered by USPS 2 months ago. Whenever I go in the store another cashier (who knows the story) and, who I am cool with because I've developed a relationship with her...rings me up. Yesterday, the manager was present, but wasn't in the front of the store. When I proceeded to the register, the cashier whom I have a problem with tells me "you can go get someone to ring you up". I said I'm not going get nobody, that's your job. She rings up the guy behind me, and when I ask her again if she's going to call someone to ring me up, she says "no". So I walked off to find the manager. He comes to the front and she starts telling him she's not ringing me up without the reason why. At this time they have many people in line. I begin to tell the manager why she won't ring me up, and she yells out "your delusional". I have proof she took my package, but I'm delusional. She then begins to call me bitches and whores in front of her manager, and the customers, very rude and unprofessional. The manager didn't tell her to shut up or walk away or nothing. I not once cursed her out. In fact, the company of the package she had stolen had to resend me the items to my daughter's house, and the post master sent the mail carrier to her house to retrieve the package, but she refused to give it back to him. I have been living here since 2015, and I have never had an encounter or altercation with anyone. Another time Amazon delivered my textbook to her apartment once and I had to get it from her. What helped was Amazon took a picture of her apartment number, and mat in front of her door. I am not sure why delivery drivers get Apt 7 confused with Apt 17. Anywho, I immediately sent a complaint to Family Dollar, she said I bet you I won't get fired. I want something done about this effectively immediately because I never go in the store telling her nothing. I get what I need and leave. She was out of order, and bold to cuss me in front of her manager. I didn't hit her because I have to maintain my professionalism at all times....I am a nurse. That's what she doesn't know.

Very poor management management will ask you questions about your personal business as a customer and then when you leave will turn around and talk about you till the next customer that's in line that's not right that's not fair

Friendly, helpful staff. No public restroom. Cashier recommed where I could go to find a place with a restroom. As I finished checking out, a woman holding a toddler in her arms asked if there was a bathroom. The cashier paused because you could see she wanted to help a mom alone with a small child, but didn't want to say in front of me that she could use the employee restroom. But she told her she could. I wasnt even mad because the little girl she held clearly needed to go. I would have done the same. But she was a real one for telling her in front of me knowing I just asked and was told no. And knowing I could have been an angry type customer. I respect her taking that chance. From now on I will spend my money there first before another store in the area. Not my first time there, but they definitely earned my future business. Also, good selection of stuff there.

It’s ok I guess. They too are struggling to make a comeback. Manager very nice. Associates also nice.No shopping baskets and was told they wouldn’t be getting more. The last batch got stolen too So supposedly that’s it for now.I suggest you put poles on them or have a Associate walk them to car and bring baskets back in. It’s a well known fact that people buy more with baskets.So this is a loss in both areas.I now go there as Dollar General has lost their minds with the horrible treatment their new Associates dish out.It’s really sad that these stores are in such bad areas too. I guess as long as your money is green they don’t care.Hope they get baskets soon. I buy a lot of pet food and can’t lug this through the store. GoodLuck Y’all

Visited this store on 4/30; entered the store location masked. I work in the medical field and have no issue wearing a mask (mask mandate was lifted as of 4/28/2021). Multiple customers were noticed throughout the store being checked out without masks, workers had their masks on improperly (mask not lifted above nostrils). Due to this, I was under the impression that the location was NOT requiring masks as they are not a medical facility, university, or k12 school. I unmasked due to thisManagement refused service and publicly shamed me for explaining that I was under the impression that the mandate was lifted. I had a mask in hand, so its not as if I was refusing to wear a mask in the store.I watched multiple customers be serviced without masks. I was screamed at and publicly humiliated for being respectful, abiding by their store guideline, and explaining that I must have been under the wrong impression because of the unmasked customers.Management should definitely educate themselves about our state guidelines. The issue is NOT the mask; you cannot CHOOSE who must mask up in your store, it should be fair service across the board.
