The so called manager. The black short lady with the wig and two gold tooth, and contacts in eyes. Basically, she put me out of the store because I randomly seen someone I knew in the store while I was in there. Not knowing she caught someone taking something. I spoke to that person with a quick “hey”. The manager told me to leave the store because I spoke to a thief. Smh ??♂️ how was I supposed to know. ??♂️

Completely turned around! I had stopped coming to this store because of the rudeness of the employees. you would say "hello" and they wouldn't even look at you. while they were checking you out,they wouldn't speak to you and would only look at you to get your money. very rude, and the store looked awful! But today, today I go in there and there is a lady working by herself. the store is stocked, looks and smells good, and she smiled said "hello!". when I got to the counter, I waited behind three customers. she was quick, efficient and super friendly.keep this lady! It's 1:30 on 9/9/22

I was going to check out but the cashier had a nasty attitude with me because she was in a middle of cleaning it was like I got on her nerves cause I was ready to check out so I decided to tell her well never mind I am not checking out it if you're going to have an attitude so I left what I was going to buy. I am not going to pay my money where there is poor customer service. Family dollar needs to do better with there employees attitudes and have friendlier people working for them.

I'm Latina, the lady said she was the manager, she ran me out of the store, oh, with my children, I can't speak English, I told her I don't speak English, and she responded, I speak Spanish, but not much, and she continued speaking to me in English, oh, how could I, I told her, I pay. The sweets that the children have, they haven't opened it, a friend was with me, she could speak English and she said, "They're leaving me now, I'm going to make them happy when they're out," my friend responded in English, "You don't like Latinos," and she kept saying long. Everyone outside the store, she kept telling my friend that she couldn't do that and that she had to pay for what we had, very bad, the lady was talking to me in English without understanding what she was saying to me.
