Michael and Sheryl are fantastic. My driver broke a few days before a golf trip. They managed my warranty claim and had a favorable resolution while I was in their store. You will not find this type of customer service with an online only retailer. And…they offer the same pricing you would find online. Bricks and mortar owned by great people can’t be beat!

I called Edwin watts in kenner Louisiana last Friday and a woman answered the phone! I was just trying to get some answers about a club and she just sounded like she was aggravated to find the answer! I decided to call the Edwin watts in Baton Rouge and will be giving them my business now.

If I could give this a half star I would. I went in the other day(a hour drive from my house) wanting to get back into playing. They only had one other customer in the store. Went to look at some new shoes and had 2 in mind. But the 2 works were more concerned with talking with each other. So I walked to the other side of the store to look at a new bag some new irons. Walked right in front of one of the employees. But not once did the employees attempted to help or even ask me if I need any help. They had the look like I was bothering them for being there.

I am recently retired and needed a few starter clubs to knock around at the driving range. Got some very friendly, helpful advice and great prices on just what I needed. Don't be intimidated fellow duffers,you are welcome along with the best in this state of the art environment. Blessings to A.J and all the staff here.

Fantastic golf shop. The manager Michael S is excellent. This is the best golf locale in Louisiana for fittings, apparel, equipment and anything else you might need in the sphere of golf.

Edwin watts does a great job exposing you to all options and narrowing down a specific selection for your game. David was extremely helpful in helping me find clubs and got them shipped to the store exceptionally fast. Overall great experience!
