HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, the service HORRIBLE, they speak to you so rudely, claimed they wouldn’t do me at 3:50 when the dmv doesn’t close till 4 and i’ve been here since 1, there was also no way for me to make an appointment because they barley answer the phone.

Had an appointment at 3:30. Came in at 3:20 and they said they already called my name twice. How are you calling my names BEFORE the appointed time? That's what an appointment is for. They make you come back another day and are basically useless workers. No one there helps you. Go to another location please!!!

Having appointment system is very good. Got in quickly at the time of appointment. Staff was very helpful and answered my questions. I appreciate that it was a good experience that went smoothly.

Of course, it's the DMV and it's already aggravating enough. However, I made an appointment before I went in and I was seeing at exactly my time and the lady that seen me her name was Miss Anthony and she was absolutely wonderful. She made my DMV experience so much better than any other time because her attitude was so positive

Try calling on multiple days and time and always same response. call volume too high can't take your call and them the line disconnects.

We had an appointment @8:30am, but were a few minutes late due to not familiar with the area. They made us wait with the rest of the walk-ins. People take off to come here. They need to be more considerate to the citizens of Louisiana. Our tax dollars are paying their salary.

As always, at this time 1:58 they do not receive more people. It comes from a few days off and today, as always, they don't want to work or do their job, they don't even let the clients speak to explain, they don't want to do their job, or investigate how to do what is requested. very ineffective and rude people.

They need to fix their busted speaker and call out names more than once. Is it really too much work for them to call my name at 2 when I had an appointment or wait ten minutes to call again? I was even ten minutes early! This is a disservice to people who are hearing impaired or have other disabilities. Such a shame!

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.....As stated in other comments, you will be waiting for hours before they call you. Appointments have priority and on the website, they have one spot available every 10 minutes until the office is closed....ABC Title on veterans is a good option for quicker same-day service.

Schedule an appointment online. It is very easy and little to no wait. They have a sign in sheet. The office closes at 4:00 pm. The sign in sheet is picked up at 3:00 pm. One man in the waiting area who had signed in, told me he had been there waiting for almost an hour. With my online appt, I waited 15 minutes. Book your appointment online! The staff there was very nice and helpful.

They treated my parents badly for wanting to get an ID.As usual in this office, my parents received bad treatment, from an employee towards two elderly people, (my parents) it is always a bad attitude with the Latino community here. I guess as always, when they don't know how to do their job, they don't investigate it and are afraid to learn how to do something correctly.Then, as always, they yell at people, reject them and kick them with shouts and harsh words. It is the bad thing about people with a bad attitude to work in a place like this, they are not willing to be part of the solution and to work correctly as it is their duty to be. They always want to work under their comforts, and under their comfort zone, ignoring the needs of people.I remind you that you have a public job and receive a salary for it, and you must do your work, your chores and your labors because that is what you are paid for. And people go there and many lose money from the taxi, waste time and also come without a solution and are mistreated.Terrible service this place.

Outstanding. We were able to make an appointment the same day for duplicate license due to lost billfold. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Thank you for the appointment option to take care of business.
