I want to give a BIG shout to Stacy the manager of this CVS store. She was very nice and personable to everyone who came in the store. I witnessed her being helpful and kind to a new team member I think her name was Sage. I had a photo issue. She listened to my issues and treated me very kindly. She stated she would help me and followed through. That speaks volumes in this day and age. I live 25 minutes away from this CVS and drove passed 2 other CVS. When I chose this CVS I said I would do anything for my daughter in law for her baby shower invitation. I tryed Walgreens but the order was screwed up and they didn't care about my concerns. I would love to write the corporate office because Stacy deserves a Great "at a boy" special recognition. Thank you so much Stacy

Nothing ever gets accomplished at this location. Couldn’t even figure out generic Coumadin. Incompetent people with no work ethic.

So I'm back leaving yet another review on CVS Pharmacy, I'm not feeling well in which I've been to the E.R 4 times this past week for upper respiratory issues, so late the Doctor wrote me a prescription to bring to the pharmacy mind you that I saw my primary dr earlier yesterday and I went to this same pharmacy and the pharmacist said the dr did not send over my prescription so I called the dr office and the np called it over. I felt so bad last night that I yet again went back to the E.R. and the DR gave me a paper prescription, so I went over to CVS on Williams to get it filled there were 3 to 4 workers in pharmacy and no one said good morning or may I help you I stood there 5 to 6 minutes just looking and I understand that they were busy but look at the counter in which I knew for a fact they saw me standing there. I walked away and reported to the manager. The only reason I went to to CVS is because Winn Dixie on Williams Pharmacy closed on November 1,st and sent all patients information to CVS‼ if this has happened to you please change your pharmacy for CVS on Williams. And again I only put a star because I had to rate so I can post

30% "online" coupons NEVER work on sale items. also CVS has a goofy format on receipt showing discounts such that we never know if we got the proper discount.

Been going here for years. Never had an issue. There is a lady named Darolyn, she is the best. I only see her every 90 days and she always remembers my name. Whatever they are paying her… it is not enough!

One star bc u can't give zero stars. Company online says 5 closing time, but they close early at 430. This is awful for people in need if medicine for their babies. I got the doctor to last minute change to this on because all the others are closed. The staff walking out the doors says it's closed and I can not get the prescription for my child. This is outrageous. Closing early than said on the phone automation and online. They had enough staff to stay open until the proper closing. I saw them all leave. So mad. We called around several places before. Send corporate people to help staff stores so we can get prescriptions.

The pharmacy at this store is one of the best I've ever been to. No matter who is working there they are so incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to help me out. Been going here for three years.

Inconsistent customer service.Ms. Indira is the only reason I give this store the stars it has. Most of the other good people have left.I deducted 3 stars because of Kayla. I have heard her laugh and mock customers behind their back when she thinks they are not listening.She is polite when face to face , but still will eyeball you and chuckle then go laugh and point with a coworker. that sort of stupidity can get her justifiably and quickly hurt, or a screaming match. Whenever I see her working I turn around and leave.

I had them as my favorite store but today I was totally disappointed. I bought a wart remover and I did not realize that it was sealed with adhesive tape and when I opened it it was used, I returned to the store to have it exchanged for another and they just told me no, so I lost my money and my product was very unfair and unfair I hope and will be able to proceed legally because I think that consumer law protects at least one exchange or refund. I WILL NEVER SPEND A PEN ON YOU
