Do not buy from this store or company!!! I have been put through the wringer trying to get the correct shoe size that I paid for!! I ordered online, and was sent a pair of shoes that had one shoe the correct size and the other shoe was 2 sizes too small. I called customer service and was told I could bring the shoes to a Kenner, LA location to exchange it. Wrong! The store was closed at 2 pm on a Friday. I drove 20 minutes for nothing. I then called the S. Claiborne, New Orleans location to see if they were open, and had the shoe I needed to exchange. They said they had the shoe size I needed, and could exchange it. Wrong! Upon arrival at the store, I was told they couldn’t exchange it, and I needed to mail the shoes back to where they came from. So I drove ANOTHER 20 minutes for nothing. I still have ONE shoe that is 2 sizes too small. This is completely unacceptable, and has totally inconvenienced me. I paid for these shoes and intended to wear them for work 2 weeks ago, and I cannot, due to horrible customer service and a screw up on this company’s end (Hibbett Sports & City Gear). NEVER AGAIN!!

Made it to the store to pickup an online purchase only to be told they can’t find it. So after about 30 minutes of looking they finally found it but after they cancelled my online purchase while I was in the store. So I had to repurchase the item but not at the online price I previously paid for.

Bought several things there but Every time or by second wash they fall apart. Had a white pair of pants with a brown leather Patch on back top and the brown leather faded all over the pants and wouldnt come out. Bought two more pair of jeans and all the patches came off in the wash by first and second wash. They got teenagers working there and they got their headphones in so they don’t even hear you when you’re talking to them and very rude and dont greet you when u walk in the door. They charge min $60 for jeans that tear up when you wash them and offer no returns just exchange. We’re not buying undergarments they should definitely offer some thing to guarantee the quality of their clothes! Wont shop there anymore! It really sucks because we love the selection of jeans. But we will look elsewhere for better quality and not made from china! Customer service is everything, we own an established business and when you cant even acknowledge your customer walking in the door, or offer help finding something for them it is pretty sad.

*Never under any circumstances shop at this place. I literally just walked the entire store at no point and time did anyone working here make eye contact with me, offer to assist me, ask me if I had any questions or provided general conversation. It was as if I was a ghost that walked in for 10 minutes and walked out. Horrible customer service. As a business owner I would suggest re-training for the two individuals working in this store immediately, respectfully.
