Another locked and "out of order" bathroom in Metairie. At 1:00 am there is no got food and the employees looked seriously bored and disinterested in any customers, I wasn't even greeted.

This was appalling. I had to take my child to the restroom quickly and stopped here. The women's restroom was in a dismal state, to put it politely. Of their three stalls, only two were in working order, and I use that phrase quite loosely. I brought this up to one of the cashiers and was told that its like this all of the time and that she had just gotten in and that I should have come after she had cleaned it. I understand that this is a public restroom and people can be quite gross, but when a customer brings up a problem, the answer is not " well you should have come a little later".

I rated this establishment located at 3001 Loyola Dr. Kenner La a 5-Star Rating and if I could give this location a 10-Star than so be it! I stop at this location because of the cleanliness of the parking lot and to fuel up because the gas at this location is very "Cheap"! This location even offer disposable rubber gloves so you wont catch the corona virus and any gas on your hand from the last customer. As I entered this location I noticed a staff member named Ms.La'Shica sanitizing the area were the "hot dogs" and "Coffee" area is. I was impress with Ms.La'Shica greeting me upon entering and she stop what she was doing to attend to myself and other customers that enter this fine establishment doors! Ms. La'Shica was so friendly and professional and made me feel at "HOME" which I appriciate alot. Ms.La'Shica was in proper uniform with her name tag displaying! I enjoy the "Vibes" I get when patronizing this location. Ms.La'Shica goes out of her way to make every customer "SMILE" as she did with "Me"! I like coming to this location because of Ms.La'Shica and also this location staff especially Ms.Debbie(Store Manager) which she runs a very "Clean and well "Stock" store and hires the "Best" of the "Best" in employees. Ms.La'Shica is a valuable asset to Circle "K" Company and there needs to be more Ms.La'Shica working for your organization! I recommend all my followers and family and friends to patronize this location and see what the fuss is all about!

Man, the manager at this location is ghetto as hell! And the girl who cashiers with the big hair is just as ghetto and slow! They are both loud and don't care what they say to each other... I do appreciate the other cashier who was asked to leave his register after he came in and saved the day! Kendrick was awesome today and i appreciate his speed and excellent customer service!

This store is filthy especially by the coffee station. I not find a clean spot to even set my coffee cup down. Meanwhile 3 employees are doing nothing behind the counter. This business needs some direction. You won't be seeing me it there for a while. Just thought whoever runs this business would want to know.
