This has got to be the worst location ever. The ATM machines NEVER work. AT LEAST once a week minimum they are not accepting cash payments or dispensing cash etc. It's just ridiculous to say the least, why these machines constantly have problems I'll never understand. & also the design of the parking lot is trash. Way too small. I am constantly avoiding my car getting hit from people backing out and not paying attention or maybe they just can't see. This place needs major improvement or a better location. I never had any of these problems at any other location.

This review only applies to the branch of Chase located on Williams Boulevard in Kenner Louisiana. Acceptable service when you go into the bank. But totally unacceptable service if you are trying to get information by calling in. No one answers the phone. Not at any time. You're told to call back but no one ever answers the phone, any day of the week, at any time of day. If your request falls into one the phone menu categorys, maybe you'll get a canned answer, but that's it. No actual persons

The truth is that there are very kind people, one person helped me open my account and left me open with his attention, I congratulate him for being a great person in the way he serves people, a lot of professionalism, I highly recommend it, don't ask his name but he is an Amaricano who speaks Spanish well

Absolute worst customer service. The rudest interaction I have ever had. Trying to speak to me in the lobby asking detailed personal information in the lobby where other customers can hear.

Chase iin kenner has the worst service in the unless.. I keep trying with this branch. This is my 3rd time. I place my name on the list and a person that sign 3 people behind d was able to skip and no they didn't have appointment

Went to open a new account after about 45 minutes of waiting I went back up and realized they changed the paper and took other people ahead of me. Questions that easily would've taken 5 minutes to answer

Unfortunately, I had a bad service with Mr. Michael D. Thiery. I do not recommend him. An abusive person and in a bad mood. It is not good that they have people working like him in a bank. Very bad service with that person. MICHAEL D.THIERY.

As today of 9-30-22 Jonathan took care of me real good my name is Oscar Mendoza , he was able to take care of me in a very professional manner took his time , explained me everything that was going to happened . Unfortunately this is one of the very few Chase banks that have a drive thru. The drive thru at this location is extremely slow. Extremely. I was in line for almost 45 minutes. It seemed like the person in front of me had to exchange money for multiple rolls of coins. Those type of transactions should be done inside and not hold up the drive thru line. Maybe they are short of staff, I do not know. But I do know waiting 45 minutes to make a deposit is ridiculous and as a paying customer is unacceptable.
