I purchased a car from them and it runs well. However, as soon as I brought it to a mechanic, I found out that a $2000 repair is needed. I don't know if they were aware of the issue when they sold it, but it's unfortunate. Everyone seems really nice and it's a family business. The car was a fair price for what I thought I was getting, but I had no idea I'd be in for needing such an expensive repair up front. I hope I don't run into any other problems for a long while. You always run a risk buying a used car. Luckily, I had the money to pay for this first repair, but I can't deal with more repairs of this magnitude.

I normally don't post reviews, but I feel that if you are in my shoes reading the reviews before going into Car Plug you need to read.
From the moment I arrived everyone was every kind and helpful, I did look at there website before arriving.. I knew what I wanted, and was given all and any information I wanted. I put a small deposit on the car I wanted, they washed and cleaned it for when I returned. I really enjoyed it because I didn't get the run around, just straight facts about the vehicle, I was given discounts on obvious defects. I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks again.

Ok, so I gave a five star review at first. The staff are super friendly and have great customer service. However, I have changed my review because of the costly repairs. I’ve only had this car for four months and I had to get the radiator, alternator, a/c condenser, cooling hose and brake pads repaired. I’ve been broken down several times on the highway and inner city streets. It’s not only embarrassing; it’s also frustrating and dangerous. Especially having kids in the car. The cost for the parts and repairs exceeded $3,000 and I feel that I’ve made a terrible mistake purchasing a car from them. No one should have to go through this after making a big purchase and they shouldn’t be selling cars in that condition. I’m very disappointed. Please be advised to bring a mechanic if you do decide to purchase a car from them.
