“I have a 24 ft Mercedes Sprinter camper van, got all the windows filmed to keep out the heat. It has a very large windshield so the job was tough but Mel and his crew got it done. The heat from the sun has been dramatically decreased, well worth the money. They also replaced my stock Jensen receiver and speakers ( indoor and out) in the back of the van. Broad Glass referred me to a body work shop (Chambliss) that worked with me to replace the mirror and do the bodywork at a cost way below what I expected. “i went in for a windshield replacement & they didn't order the glass ahead of time so they had to order it from a different place than originally planned. my wait time was a little bit longer. not too bad though & the price was much better than safelite. i got some schoolwork done while i waited but i will say there was an extremely rude staff member who spent basically the whole 2 hours i was there bitching at everyone in the room. it was appalling how nasty she was so i suggest bringing headphones to block out that negativity:)”

“I can not recommend this place enough. The staff here is so professional and friendly. Their work is very high quality, it absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. Not to mention how quickly they got it done. They told us it should take until the beginning of the next week for the car to be finished and we told them we were in a bit of a time crunch with trying to trade it in to buy a new car so if there was anyway we could get it done any faster it would be appreciated. They got it done in 4 business days with the Fourth of July holiday being in the week. Absolutely amazing customer service and quality work, we were blown away. For any future repairs we may need we will be coming back.”
