A friend of mine sent me some money from Florida. And they frost my account. They froze almost $7000. It has been 15 days now. Then I still can't get my money. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. I feel sorry for the people who trust this bank.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Marisol has a disgusting attitude with customers and Ladante Wants to fight with customers right in front of the manager when the manager is asking her to leave for being so disrespectful.

I feel like capital one is shutting down all the branches and trying to become a basically online bank. I want friendly banker so I can talk with him deal with them personally and are friendly. I don’t have any feeling like that in his bank. This branch is the reason that I will be moving all of my money out of Capital One soon. Well actually capital one as a whole and their whole business model.

Not a friendly bank. I was barely greeted by the drive-thru teller and when she was finished completing my transaction she just sent the tube out without asking if there's anything else I can help you with when in fact there was. And didn't even say have a good day or anything like that. I just took my receipt and left. Customer service is definitely lacking there! I won't drop her name but hopefully the general manager will address with their staff.

This has to be the worst bank I have ever been to in my life. The drive-through lines are always long and slow. There’s always somebody different at the drive-through window. They have been close a lot lately due to Covid. But your other branches aren’t. Are they not sanitary? I’m questioning even going to that branch. Do you have Covid protocols in place?
