Brothers used to be our go to for fried chicken, but their prices have tripled
(39.99 for 25 tenders) and all the chicken is now miniature size. Sorry to see them take such a downward turn. Never again!

im literally so confused on why this gas station is so rude. everyone is rude and mean for literally no apparent reason. theres a gentleman cant even say gentlemen because he was very much rude but theres a gentleman with short black hair, he wears a hat, with glasses and he was very unprofessional and rude. me and my son walked in the store and was greeted him he just look up and looked back on his phone, said ok and started shopping my son asked the man “do yall have fresh fries” THIS MAN LOOKED AT ME AND SAID “why their all the same”. i looked and said he just wants to know if the fries are fresh. the cashier CONTINUED with “thats not apart of me tell you” okay fine walked up to the young lady in the cooking area and asked her if the fried were fresh. she looks up at me from her phone and roll her eyes and said something in another language to the cashier and they both laughed and she didnt even acknowledge me or answered my question. i walked away and said “why are we having attitudes today” the man then says “we dont like yall” and they both started laughing it was me and this one man in the store and he said “they acted the same way when i came in this morning for gas and just sat on their phones didnt speak after i spoke” walked out and i felt so uncomfortable after that. 0/10 customer service they work more on their phones than the customers

Ordered 3 6 piece tender meals for my family and I and the cook continuously rolled her eyes and moaned and groaned when I said I would wait for them to cook it. I told them don't worry about it and left. If you don't want to do the job you're paid to do, then quit. It's simple.

I recently had a doctors appointment near this business establishment and there was an app that I was using to move through the city back to New Orleans that went down. Bridget took amazing care of me and was truly divine scent thank you all and to this company she is an amazing amazing hire

If I could give negative stars, I would. Akia flat refused to give me a receipt because she did not like my tone when I said, "may I please have my receipt?"Her attitude was rude, confrontational and she lied to her supervisor when he came to see what was going on.I know Mountain Express recently purchased Brother's and I hope inconsiderate, rude and entitled children like Akia will be trained out of their ranks.

First night landing for Mardi Gras, popped in here for a late night snack on the way to the hotel. Grabbed a two piece, and some fries. Pretty good. It quenches the salt cravings. Apparently this spot is a pretty big deal here and I believe it, because there's always a long but tolerable line of people.

This place used to be nice, but it's really gone downhill. Unfriendly customer service. Several pumps rarely work correctly. Restrooms have been out of order for over a year. Then tonight, they decided to just shut down the kitchen. Do you even want customers??

Black girls working as cashiers all the time talking by phone and not focusing in their job, and almost all the time they give the wrong change, awful service in checkout.
